Products & Orders
All products listed on our online shop are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if payment cannot be verified or if a pricing error has occurred.

Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of placing an online order. For service engagements quotation terms apply as communicated in writing. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
For service contracts, a deposit may be required before work commences. Remaining balances are due upon completion unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Professional Services
Our technical services — including RO membrane cleaning, maintenance, and water quality testing — are carried out by qualified technicians. Results and outcomes depend on the condition of equipment, water source characteristics, and factors outside our control.
We will exercise reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific system performance outcomes where conditions are outside our scope of work or where client equipment is beyond serviceable condition.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier lead times, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delay.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for unused, undamaged goods in original packaging. Chemicals, consumables opened for use, and specially ordered items are non-returnable. Please contact us at info@saliroma.com to initiate a return.
Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Saliroma Systems or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our express written consent.
